Express Vital Records is a privately owned company that provides the service of expediting Birth Certificates, Death Certificates, Marriage and Divorce Certificates for customers from all 50 States. Our company charges a fee for assisting customers to obtain these records in an efficient and timely manner.

All information collected by Express Vital Records is for the sole purpose of obtaining a certified vital record from the appropriate state office. No additional information is requested other than what is necessary to apply for these vital records.

No other entity besides Express Vital Records and the appropriate State office will ever see any of your collected information.

Express Vital Records will never give away or sell any of the information that we have collected to any outside interest.

Express Vital Records does not have a mailing list, and does not give away or sell your email address to any outside interest.

All information collected by fax or by email is received in a secured office environment. This information is kept by Express Vital Records for only as long as it takes to complete the service ( receipt of certificate by customer ).

Information collected through the Online Store (Credit Card information) is collected via 128 bit encryption.

With respect to security: We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site and checkout transactions are conducted through a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and all checkout information is encrypted. Credit card information is sent in encrypted form directly to the payment gateway. We do not ever see or store in any form, customer's credit card information.
